I held the dinner in the backyard of a sweet house in Culver City with my friend Rachel Day serving, and my sister Jessica Chappe shooting the photos. The tickets sold out days before the dinner, sixteen people were in attendance. The meal was inspired by mezze feasts, summer ice cream parties, and communal meals.
